🥚 v1.1.0 Update: Eggs & Statistics!

Big update just dropped! Here's what's new in Screaming Chicken v1.1.0.

## What's New

### Egg Spawning System 🥚

Random eggs now spawn during gameplay! Click them once to crack them open, then click again to collect bonus screams. Each egg gives you +10 screams instantly.

The eggs have a satisfying crack animation and sound effect. They spawn every 5-8 seconds and despawn after 10 seconds if you don't collect them, so stay alert!

### Statistics Tracking 📊

The game now tracks your progress across sessions:

- Best Combo - Highest combo you've ever reached

- Total Screams - Lifetime screams collected

- Eggs Collected - How many eggs you've cracked

- Total Clicks - Every chicken click counts

- Playtime - Total time spent screaming

All stats are saved automatically (every 10 seconds) and persist between game sessions.

### Statistics Screen 📈

New "Stats" button in the main menu! View all your progress in one place. There's also a **Reset Statistics** button with double confirmation, so you won't accidentally delete your progress.

### Audio & Polish 🔊

- Added satisfying egg crack sound effect

- Particle effects on egg collection

- Improved visual feedback

- Auto-save system prevents data loss

## Technical Details

- Built with Godot Engine 4.x

- Persistent save system using Godot's FileAccess

- Clean pixel art assets from talented itch.io artists

## Coming in v1.2.0

I'm already working on the next update:

- **Multiple egg types** (Bronze, Silver, Gold) with different rewards

- **Power-up effects** (multipliers, auto-click, combo freeze)

- **New chicken variants** to unlock

- **More polish** and juice!
